Careful intake starts with less data.
Our first conversation needs business context, not your dataset.
How we handle your inquiry.
AI Hub Data Capital is the client-facing business responsible for preliminary intake, qualification, client authorizations, and business-owner relationships. AI Hub Agency LLC is a separate affiliated entity responsible for buyer relationships, authorized introductions, and transaction coordination. The full registered contracting name and jurisdiction for AI Hub Data Capital will be identified before any engagement is signed.
Affiliated business and authorized sharing
Qualification information may be shared with affiliated AI Hub Agency LLC for buyer discovery and transaction coordination only as authorized for the engagement. Information may be shared with an approved prospective buyer only after the business owner authorizes the proposed disclosure and recipient. Submitting an inquiry does not itself authorize buyer disclosure or sharing of underlying business records.
Information we collect
Depending on the form, we collect company and business contact information, your role, industry, location, employee range, operating history, optional software or tool names, general inquiry or asset categories, licensing-authority statements, and inquiry authorizations. We record consent version and submission time. We do not request dataset samples or confidential exports.
Direct transfer of licensed datasets
In the standard referral workflow, neither AI Hub Data Capital nor AI Hub Agency LLC receives, hosts, copies, or stores actual licensed datasets. If a separate licensing transaction is approved, the business owner or its authorized delivery provider transfers the approved dataset directly to the approved data buyer, under written terms and safeguards. Our intake forms are for preliminary company and contact details only.
What to keep out
Do not submit raw datasets, customer records, personal or regulated records, passwords, credentials, confidential project details, or proprietary material. There is no file upload or system connection in the eligibility check.
Storage, access, and service providers
We use Cloudflare for website hosting, database storage, access protection, and internal lead alerts. Authorized staff review inquiries through a restricted internal CRM. Notification emails contain a reference and a link to that CRM, not the submitted business details.
Retention
The configured preliminary-inquiry retention period is 30 days after the most recent recorded follow-up activity. We use a 30-day inactivity period for preliminary inquiries in our application. You may request correction or deletion through our Contact form. Separate engagement records may follow different retention terms. Cloudflare recovery copies and operational logs may be retained separately from active inquiry records.
Cookies and technical information
The site uses an essential security cookie to protect form submissions. Cloudflare processes network and security information to deliver and protect the service. Inquiry forms use temporary IP-derived rate-limit identifiers. We do not use advertising trackers in the website application. Cloudflare may process technical and security logs when delivering and protecting the service.
Your choices
Providing an inquiry is voluntary. Consent to inquiry follow-up is separate from unrelated marketing. You can ask to correct or delete inquiry information or stop follow-up using the Contact form. Include only enough information to identify your inquiry. We may need to verify the request before acting.
Licensing is a separate decision
Submitting a form grants no dataset access, license, transaction authority, or rights to use your company’s underlying records. Rights, scope, buyer approval, preparation, transfer, fees, and payment are addressed in separate agreements.
