Clear answers before your next step.
Understand the process, the boundaries, and what a preliminary assessment can tell you.
Why would a buyer want business data?
Some buyers seek business records to develop or evaluate AI systems, study workflows, or understand industry processes. A particular buyer’s intended use and your permission must be reviewed. Demand for your company’s records is not guaranteed.
What kinds of companies may qualify?
Established businesses with relevant operating history, useful records, and authority to license them may be a fit. Industry, employee count, systems, record quality, permissions, and buyer demand inform review. There is no automatic acceptance based on company size or software used.
What if I am unsure who owns the records?
Choose “Unsure” or “Requires review” in the eligibility form. We can identify questions for further review. Client agreements, employee and contractor terms, third-party rights, and privacy restrictions may affect authority. Do not share underlying records while rights remain unresolved.
Do I need to connect my systems?
No systems connection is required for the initial eligibility check. Do not provide passwords, credentials, files, or access. Any later preparation or transfer requires a separate agreed scope and authorized process.
Can I reject a buyer or offer?
You decide whether to authorize a proposed transaction. A preliminary inquiry is not acceptance of an offer. Buyer approval, excluded buyers, and any representation obligations must be documented in the signed agreements.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing is negotiated for a specific opportunity. Relevance, quality, permitted use, scope, exclusivity, restrictions, and prospective buyer demand may affect terms. We do not offer an earnings calculator or promise a valuation.
What does AI Hub charge?
Our compensation is success-based. Commercial terms, including applicable fees, are disclosed and agreed upon before a client engagement begins.
When would I receive payment?
Payment depends on completing a transaction and the payment schedule in the signed agreement. There is no promised payout date or amount. Buyer payment obligations, conditions, and any fee settlement must be reviewed before signing.
Can I license the same records to multiple buyers?
Only if your rights and the signed agreements permit it. Exclusivity, reuse restrictions, license duration, and earlier commitments can limit further licensing. Multiple buyers or repeat licensing are not guaranteed.
Does the owner retain ownership?
A license can grant specified usage rights without transferring ownership, but the actual agreements control. Ownership, permitted uses, derivatives, sublicensing, duration, and any transfer of rights require explicit review.
Who prepares and transfers approved data?
The signed scope must identify who prepares, reviews, and transfers approved records, the receiving party, and the authorized method. AI Hub coordinates the responsibilities agreed in writing. Do not assume that technical preparation, anonymization, or delivery is included.
Do you buy or own our data?
AI Hub Data Capital provides advisory and transaction facilitation. It does not buy, own, or resell datasets.
Can I refer a business?
Start with your own contact details. Obtain permission before introducing another business. Consent, attribution, and any referral compensation must be agreed separately.
Are buyers, offers, or earnings guaranteed?
No. Eligibility, buyer interest, offers, and earnings are not guaranteed. Multiple offers may not be available.
